Thanks to Rada: The best show I have ever seen! The whole crowd went totally mad. Scott's stage dive was unique(he was so full of energy) and he proved once again that he`s the coolest and talented Rockstar! I hope to see you guys real soon, thank you.
Thanks to René: First of all I have to say that I'm a great Slash and of course Guns N' Roses fan, and I like Stone Temple Pilots too. I bought their new record on release day.
All the days before the show I was so fuckin' excited and I couldn't wait to see Slash live on stage!!!! You all may feel the same!!!Backyard Babies were ok! But than came Velvet Revolver!!! Everyone freaked out from the first tone. They played all together 14 songs and left first time the stage after the ninth song Set Me Free.I'm very dissapointed of Velvet Revolver's live concert's attitude. They played effective 60 min and left the stage after 75 min. I met some people from Slovania there who drove 13 hours to see Slash and co live!!!! I think it's to do a concert in that way!!! That's not good for their image!!!The next thing is, that they played in a small hall, and the sound in front of the stage was not very good, only loud!!!
Maybe it will be better the next time!!!! They have a big song reportoire of 3 bands and so they should play more of it!!!
Thanks to Helfried: Backyard Babies were quite a good starter for the show, I'd have really liked to hear some more from them. Especially as it took Velvet Revolver a fucking hour to show up on stage after BB finished.
But then they appeared and everybody went nuts. You really feel that after all they've seen and done they still have a great time playing. Slash just couldn't stop grinning as he delivered one hell of a solo after the other. He's still second to none.
After all that turmoil about GNR's split up Velvet Revolver has not replaced GNR but has taken the thing a huge step further. You can't but fucking love it.
